1.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

   A:Our company is located in Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, China.             It is about 25 minutes from Chaoshan Airport and 15 minutes from Chaoshan Railway Station.

2.Q:Do you have product certificate or factory inspection report?

   A:We have ISO9001, ISO14001, TÜV.

3.Q:Do you accept OEM service?

   A:Yes, we accept OEM, can customized any designs based on your requirements.

4.Q:What is your lead time?

   A:Usually it is about 15 days for our stocked products and about 45 days for non-stocked products.

5.Q:Can we put on our LOGO on the product?   

 A:Yes and we can make laser logo with your design on the product. And we also can make color box with your own design based on at least 1000 sets.

6.Q:What's your Payment and Price Term?

 A:In general T/T is recommended as it comes with quicker transfer and lower bank charges. Our price is on FOB Shenzhen basis from China in USD. Normally we deliver goods in sea shipment.
